Scott brings a vast knowledge of real estate experience with him to
Pinnacle Mortgage. Early in his career
his work as a real estate paralegal had him handling contract negotiations and
resolving title insurance issues. While
working as a mortgage loan processor he focused on how individual customer
scenarios apply to underwriting guidelines.
In his current position as mortgage loan originator since 2006, Scott understands
that no two customers and no two transactions are identical. Working around the needs of the customer's
schedule first, transparency, integrity, and ethics are just a few of the
traits that he brings with him to each transaction. Facilitating the paperwork from application,
to approval, to closing, he works diligently to communicate every last detail
to the borrower and their team of professionals. Scott is licensed by the New Jersey
Department of Banking and Insurance to structure Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA
mortgages.
